ABOUT ME
I am Dr. Suman Mandal, completed my doctoral work under the supervision of Prof. Dipak Kumar Goswami from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. During my Ph.D., I had worked on low power, high performance, flexible Organic Field-Effect Transistors based various sensors (Physical: Temperature and UV, Chemical: humidity) and also try to explore the corresponding device Physics. Apart from that, I have also work on a moisture-induced Energy Harvesting device for self - bias sensor applications.
